Head Chef (Indian Cuisine)
We are looking for a highly skilled head chef to manage all aspects of running a kitchen and prepare authentic dishes to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will be able to order supplies and control stock and wastage, implement health and safety measures, train and motivate kitchen staff. Duties include upkeep of records and Food and Health and Safety standards. Applicants must have at least three years relevant supervisory experience at the level of the post and excellent managerial skill.


Chef de Partie (Malaysian Cuisine)
We are looking for a highly skilled chef to prepare authentic dishes to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have creative enthusiasm and highly developed ability in a wide range of Malay cuisine. You will also be able to control stock and wastage, implement health and safety measures. Applicants should have skills to provide in-house training to kitchen staff and must have at least three years relevant experience at the level of the post.


Chef de Partie (Tandoori)
We are looking for a highly skilled chef de partie to prepare a wide range of tandoori dishes. the highest standard. You will also be able to control stock and wastage, implement health and safety measures. Duties include preparing, cooking and finishing all curries and tandoori items, portion control. Will also provide training to junior chef. Applicants must have at least three years relevant experience at the level of the post.


Manager
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager with a proven track record who can ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have at least three years supervisory experience and will have a pro-active personality to lead and motivate. Duties include operating the restaurant efficiently and profitably whilst maintaining its ethos. You will also co-ordinate a variety of activities, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service and health and safety. You will also be responsible for the business performance of the restaurant. Restaurant management combines strategic planning, organising shift patterns, and day-to-day management activities. The role involves some creativity around marketing, business development and other areas. This is a key role within the restaurant management and can be fast-paced, highly demanding and very rewarding.

 

Manager (Assistant)
We are looking for a motivated deputy to assist the Manager in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant. A minimum of one years’ supervisory experience essential. Duties include helping to operate the restaurant efficiently and profitably whilst maintaining its ethos. You will also co-ordinate a variety of activities, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service and health and safety. You will also be responsible for the business performance of the restaurant. Restaurant management combines strategic planning, organising shift patterns, and day-to-day activities. This is a key role within the restaurant management and can be very rewarding.
